What Causes Internet Addiction?
For most people internet addiction begins as an escape hatch. You may be under stresses, bored, alone, suffering from depression, have anxiety or just had a crappy day at work. The internet will quickly absorb you into its time warp, taking your mind away from what troubles you. Although this method seems to provide a remedy, it’s not a healthy one. Other methods such as MMA, Yoga, Meditation, exercise, sports and stress management are far superior solutions for your health.
Video game overuse with younger internet users is also highly influential on forming internet addiction.
